東京藝術大学美術学部デザイン科を卒業後、英国のCentral Saint Martins College of Arts and Designにてジュエリーデザインを学ぶ。現在はロンドンに拠点を置き、ヨーロッパを中心に活動する。光の当たらないものに光を当てるという一貫したコンセプトを持ちながら、純粋に美しいと思えるもの、身に付けたいと感じる直感を基軸にした作品を発表している
After graduating from Design Department at Tokyo University of the Arts, Ami moved to the UK and studied jewellery design at Central Saint Martins College of Arts and Design. She is currently based in London and works around Europe. She has a strong interest in the elements that people do not pay attention to; ones that usually play background roles in life. Her aim is to discover beauty hidden in the shadows and bring it into the light.
